Your mortgage is a long-term financial commitment, but your life can change a lot between the day you arrange it and the day it renews.

This complimentary service keeps your mortgage “on my books” so we can be more proactive about those changes.

Once you're enrolled, I'll check in with you periodically throughout your mortgage term and more frequently as your renewal approaches. These touch points may include reminders, educational information, questions about changes in your financial or personal situation, and prompts to connect with me, or your mortgage professional if something comes up that may be worth reviewing earlier.

You do not need to complete a full mortgage application to enrol.

Just provide some basic information about your current mortgage below. If you have a recent mortgage statement, you can also upload a photo, screenshot or PDF. That usually gives me most of the mortgage details I need.

And if anything changes between check-ins, you don't need to wait for me to contact you. Reach out anytime.
