Before I dig in, I need a little more context about where things stand today and what’s going on in the bigger picture.

The questions below will give me a high-level look at your mortgage, property, debt, income and anything you’re thinking about or working toward, so I can spend less of our time gathering information and more of it actually talking about what I see.

You do not need to have everything figured out or know every number down to the penny. Estimates are completely fine. This isn’t a mortgage application or a full financial fact-find.

What matters most is that you give me the most accurate picture you reasonably can. A Closer Look can only be as useful as the information I have to work with.

And don’t overthink the questions about what you want or what you’re considering. Big plans, little ideas, half-formed thoughts and “I honestly have no fucking idea, I just feel like I could be doing something differently” are all welcome here.
